I don’t quite understand, is G+ not open to sign ups? Do people still need invites? Checked from here and I can sign up no problem, but I am not going to, but still it works.
No, as i understand, by now its just possible to get to g+ with an invitation. Its not completely open -as you said – but its no closed beta neither. seems like a controlled opening by „limited“ membercount. 🙂 checking increasing serverload with every member..
